Acquisitions are focused on sustainable ESG projects through the purchase of equity interests in real estate companies.
If a senior or their family invests a minimum of 2 million CZK in the fund, they will receive a GUARANTEE OF PLACEMENT for the senior in any of the facilities owned by the fund.

During his professional internships in Hong Kong, Lisbon, and Brussels, he further focused on the development of rental and senior housing.

Within the ESG SeniorCARE project, he primarily focuses on managing acquisition and group processes.
