Investment Strategy

The investment goal is the steady appreciation of funds invested by shareholders in the fund, especially in facilities that create space for dignified and active aging.

Acquisitions are focused on sustainable ESG projects through the purchase of equity interests in real estate companies.

Guaranteed Space When Investing

If a senior or their family invests a minimum of 2 million CZK in the fund, they will receive a GUARANTEE OF PLACEMENT for the senior in any of the facilities owned by the fund.

Zdeněk Fiala

Zdeněk has been involved in building companies in the services and real estate sectors for over twenty years. He has successfully built and sold companies worth over 5 billion CZK. He has a startup spirit and enjoys the complexity of acquisitions and the strategy of individual projects.

Martin Sankot

Martin has more than 20 years of experience establishing and managing regulated companies, including responsibility for strategy, compliance, and delivering P&L results. He gained his core experience in international groups such as Wüstenrot, Raiffeisen, Aegon, WIOF, and the Czech PPF, where he led an investment company for four years. He has been active for many years in professional associations of the financial market, including the board of the Capital Market Association. Within the ESG SeniorCare group, he is responsible for compliance and financial management.

Radek Hladký

Radek is the founder of the ZDR Investment group, which owns properties worth 15 billion CZK, and the co-founder of the law firm Z/C/H Legal, which has provided advice and legal services for real estate transactions worth over 100 billion CZK during its nearly twenty-year history. Within the ESG SeniorCARE project, he primarily focuses on managing acquisition and group processes.
